    Claron It

Claron It helps you follow a report's saved reproduction steps on the reviewed application. Use it to reach the problem, then check the behavior yourself.

    Before you start

A report with saved reproduction steps and access to the application it describes.

    What you get

A guided path to the reported problem, so you can inspect it and test the fix.

    Step 1 of 3

    Start guided reproduction

    1. Open the annotation and read its saved steps, target page, and version context.

    2. Choose Claron It when the report has the required reproduction context

Open the permitted application target and sign in with the appropriate test account.

    3. Follow the indicated steps and inspect the highlighted target

If a value must be supplied manually, enter appropriate test data.

    4. Once at the failing state, inspect the issue or request evidence

For a fix, repeat the process on the verification target and record the human decision.

When a step cannot be restored

The original session's account, external data, assets, or server state may no longer exist. A changed page may also have moved or removed an element. Guided reproduction is not a promise of complete state restoration.

Check that the target version and route match the report. Continue manually if safe, or update the report with the missing step and a fresh capture. Where permitted, rebind an outdated target after confirming the intended element rather than choosing a nearby element blindly.

Use Session Replays to inspect recorded behavior when the live state cannot be recreated. A replay shows captured activity and does not re-execute the original server requests.
