Cookie
Policy.
This Cookie Policy details how we use cookies, local storage, and telemetry pixels to securely authenticate sessions, retain user preferences, and monitor errors.
This Cookie Policy explains how the creators and operators of Claron ("we," "us," or "our") use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies on the Claron platform and website (collectively, "Service").
Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, smartphone, tablet) when you visit websites. They contain information about your browsing activity and preferences.
2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are essential for the Service to function. They enable user authentication, CSRF security protection, and secure session management. Disabling these cookies will prevent you from logging into or using the Claron application.
2.2 Preferences & Collaboration
We use preference cookies (such as light/dark theme settings and sidebar expansion state) to save your layout choices. We also utilize functional presence cookies to facilitate real-time team collaboration inside preview reviews.
2.3 Third-Party & Integration Cookies
Claron does not use advertising cookies. However, connected third-party integrations may set cookies when triggered:
- Razorpay: Sets secure payment tokens for subscription and invoice billing.
- GitHub / Google: Sets standard OAuth authentication cookies when signing in.
- Slack / Linear: Sets session trackers to verify active workspace connection states.
3.1 Vercel Analytics
Used to measure website traffic, speed performance, and user click patterns. Data is collected anonymously. Review Vercel's privacy terms at vercel.com/legal/privacy.
3.2 Sentry Monitoring
Collects frontend JavaScript exception logs, API warning traces, and stack errors to help developers resolve bugs. Review Sentry's privacy policy at sentry.io/privacy.
3.3 Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to monitor traffic flow. You can opt out at any time using Google's official browser add-on.
Most modern browsers allow you to review, restrict, or clear cookies via their privacy settings panel. If you log out of Claron, all authentication session tokens are cleared, but persistent preferences (like your dark-theme choice) may be kept on your device to remember your settings on your next visit.
GDPR & CCPA Rights
For European users, we obtain consent before placing non-essential analytics or preference cookies. For California users, we disclose all cookie telemetry and do not sell any cookie information to third parties.
